What gets deleted?

Your account, sessions, connections, policy-acceptance records, and associated checks are removed from Nod’s active database. Shared check history also disappears from your contacts’ Nod. Deletion is irreversible.

It doesn’t erase copies people saved elsewhere or a passkey kept by your phone’s provider. Remove a retained passkey in your provider’s settings. Provider backups and technical security logs follow their recovery and retention cycles, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Lost access to your passkey?

Email hello@unstucklabs.com with “Nod account deletion” in the subject. We’ll explain a proportionate way to verify a request. Don’t send private keys, PINs, or passkey secrets. We cannot bypass a passkey to recover or verify account access.
